How to Clean
You can sanitise your disc ready for use by either boiling it for 3 minutes or using our Hey Zomi Cleaning Tablets.
To Boil-
Sterilise your disc before each period by boiling in water for 3 minutes.
You do not need to boil your disc during your period, simply remove, rinse clean and reinsert.
Cleaning Tablets-
Soak your disc in the solution for 3 minutes or longer to remove stains and odours. The cleaning tablets are safer for the medical grade silicone, helping your disc to last a really long time.
Storage-
Store your menstrual disc in your little Hey Zomi carry bag in-between your periods.
