Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
4. Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address details provided by the customer. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll assist in tracking or lodging an enquiry with the courier.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia. Please contact us if you would like to enquire about international orders., we may be able to accommodate.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Change of Mind
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
Items must be:

In the original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
We will notify you once your return has been approved or rejected.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care, consumables, or intimate items (period underwear/ swimwear and menstrual discs) cannot be returned unless faulty.
