Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. Once shipped, changes or cancellations can’t be made.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay. All payments are processed securely.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personal notes?
Yes! All our products come in a kraft coloured box with tissue paper so are fit for a gift. We can also write personal notes for any occasions like birthdays, anniversaries etc. Just write the note at checkout for us to scribe.

Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Unfortunately, once it’s in transit, we can’t change the address.
